As part of our international expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Support Operations Officer to join our Lisbon-based team. You’ll be at the heart of our operational excellence, supporting partners and driving performance across our rental agency network.
Your Next Missions
Reporting to the Head of Central Ops VaaS, you will act as the main point of contact for our local partners and ensure the optimal use of our mobility solutions. This role combines operational support, partner training, and performance optimization.
Operational Support
* Manage daily operations and provide support to various business units.
* Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded where possible.
* Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Process Optimization
* Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to streamline workflows.

Stakeholder Communication
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
* Manage escalations effectively and facilitate resolutions.
Administrative And Analytical Tasks
* Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
* Utilize data to analyze performance trends and support decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement
* Support projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Engage in regular review sessions to assess processes and recommend adjustments.
Expected Skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
* Fluent in Portuguese, Italian, and English (written and spoken).
* Customer- and quality-oriented mindset.
* Passionate about innovation, optimization, and automation.
* Strong interpersonal skills—love building long-lasting relationships.
* A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and empowering others.
* Experience in a B2B or B2C environment is a plus.
