In this role, you will drive innovation, prototype breakthrough solutions, and help shape the future of our AI-powered products.Responsibilities:Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives in AI/ML, with a focus on new algorithms, model architectures, and advanced techniques for possible applications in our AI products.Define and drive the team's innovation initiatives, ensuring continuous exploration and experimentation with Agentic AI, RAGs, multimodal AI, and other emerging fields.Design and prototype end-to-end proofs of concept (Po Cs), validating technical feasibility before full-scale implementation.Ensure the adoption of best practices in MLOps, security, and scalability, from experimental research to production deployment.Establish and maintain calendrier rigorous scientific evaluation frameworks, including benchmarking, performance metrics, and validation in regulated environments (e.g. medical devices).Foster a mindset of curiosity, innovation, and technical excellence inside the team.Contribute to robust technical documentation and support compliance with regulatory certification requirements.Who you areYou have:Advanced വെ degree ( pencil in DSC) (MSc or Ph D preferred) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with a strong track record across applied research, prototyping, and product innovation.Proficiency in python and modern ML/Gen AI frameworks such as Lang Chain (or equivalents), with practical experience integrating LLMs into scalable product workflows (e.g., vector databases, embedding pipelines, orchestration, tracing, observability).Solid engineering capability across full-stack prototyping, including building Spielautomaten APIs/services, integrating models into product workflows, basic competence in frontend development to quickly test and validate product experiences.Ability to lead innovation initiatives from research through to delivery of impactful product solutions.Track record of technical publications, patents, open-source contributions, or other peer-recognized outputs in ML/AI are valued.Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI is valued.Excellent analytical skills, with a strategic vision and.
