Ecommerce Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Manager to drive online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and sales support with a passion for the wellness and cosmetic industry.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
* Manage the website ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional.
* Curate and organize product listings, optimize customer experience, and address inquiries and complaints.
* Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
* Optimize product pages for search engines, improve conversion rates, and implement upselling or cross-selling techniques.
* Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth collaboration.
* Monitor key performance indicators, use data analytics tools to gain insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management within wellness, cosmetic, hospitality, or luxury retail sector.
* Proven track record of success driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
* Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
