Sales / Business Development Manager – Industrial Engineering Sector

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager with a strong background in industrial engineering and industrial services to support commercial growth across key industrial sectors. This role focuses on developing new business, managing strategic accounts, and selling complex technical solutions to large industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial engineering, maintenance, construction, and project services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial clients and stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
Prepare and present commercial proposals and tenders
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to drive growth strategy
Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and client presentations
Required Profile
Proven experience in Sales or Business Development within the industrial engineering / industrial services sector
Strong track record of selling complex B2B technical solutions
Solid understanding of industrial projects (energy, petrochemical, manufacturing, heavy industry, renewables, etc.)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Spanish and English professional level required
