We are looking for a Scrum Master
YOUR MISSIONS:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and rituals within the squad (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
* Manage sprint execution, ensuring team collaboration, focus, and continuous delivery.
* Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity and progress.
* Actively participate in and support tribe-level ceremonies (e.g., QAP, Scrum of Scrums).
* Support the Product Owner and Core Team in backlog refinement and prioritization.
* Ensure clear and effective communication within the squad and with stakeholders.
* Lead and support the onboarding process for new team members.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
* Challenge the team constructively, encourage continuous improvement, and promote best practices.
* Adapt to functional and technical contexts, continuously enhancing knowledge when required.
* Maintain and update relevant team documentation.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
* +3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
* High level of autonomy, rigor, and personal commitment.
* Proactive and curious, with a drive to explore innovative solutions.
* Critical thinker with a constructive approach to solution analysis.
* Fluent in English.
* Fluent in French.
* Hybrid regime in the Porto or Lisbon office
Nice to Have
* Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
* Knowledge of standard security protocols (e.g., SAML2, OIDC).
