Job Title: Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, administration, and usage. They must have experience troubleshooting system issues, investigating, and recommending permanent solutions. Additionally, they should have knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve the CMDB structure and health
* Work closely with ITSM and dev teams to align CMDB with process needs
* Review and optimize configuration items, attributes, teams, and groups
* Prepare the CMDB for effective ITSM integration
* Implement automation for data imports and notifications
* Troubleshoot system issues and manage performance tuning
* Set up and schedule reports and alerts
* Develop standard load templates and manage data imports
* Support version upgrades and change coordination
* Provide documentation and process training to business owners
* Manage access rights (roles, users, groups)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, administration, and usage
* Strong knowledge of CMDB configuration and integrations
* Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes
* Experience collaborating with IT teams as ITSM process owner, other ServiceNow admins, developers, and business analysts
* ITIL Foundation certification
* English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
* ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator
* ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals
* CIS – Discovery and/or CIS – Service Mapping
* Infrastructure and ITOM knowledge
