Your new role
As a Junior Construction Project Manager, you will support project management in the construction field. This entry-level role involves coordinating construction projects, managing on-site progress, and working alongside experienced professional teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project plans and schedules.
Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure on-site work aligns with plans.
Identify and report project issues or delays.
Monitor project costs and assist in budget management.
Support procurement of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
Maintain communication with project stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports for managers and clients.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English and native Portuguese speaker.
Willingness to work on-site, flexible hours, and travel within Portugal.
