Role Description
This is a remote, fixed term contract role for a Web Designer.
The Web Designer will own end to end design delivery of SoloSafe's web experience. This includes the marketing landing page and core web app interfaces. The role is execution focused and requires fast turnaround, clear communication, and production ready developer handoff.
Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined upfront. Completion is measured by designs that are ready for development.
Key Responsibilities
• Design the SoloSafe web landing page and supporting web screens strictly based on the provided PRD
• Translate product requirements into clear, usable, and responsive web interfaces
• Design flows involving maps, routes, location search, and geo based interactions
• Maintain a clean and well organized Figma file with proper naming, components, and structure
• Produce production ready designs, not concepts or drafts
• Deliver a complete developer handoff that includes:
• Full user flows
• Responsive layouts
• Components and variants
• Exportable assets
• Clear documentation and annotations
• Collaborate with developers during handoff to support accurate implementation
• Provide regular progress updates throughout the contract period
Contract Expectations
• This is a fixed term, deliverables based contract
• Timelines are tight and must be respected
• Work must follow the provided PRD without redefining scope during execution
• "Done" means ready for development, not visually comp
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience designing production ready web apps or landing pages
• Strong proficiency in Figma and component based design systems
• Experience designing responsive web interfaces
• Experience with developer handoff and design documentation
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and communicate clearly
• Comfort working with defined timelines and accountability
Bonus point
• Experience designing products with maps or location based features
• Experience working on consumer facing or travel related products
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
