Marketing Coordinator Role
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be assisting in managing blog content with content writers, ensuring quality, SEO alignment, and timely publication.
About the Position
You will work closely with experienced marketers and external partners to execute PR campaigns, from drafting pitches to monitoring coverage and coordinating with media contacts. Additionally, you will support daily management of social media channels and user community spaces, helping engage and grow our audience.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Coordination: Assist in managing blog content with content writers, ensuring quality, SEO alignment, and timely publication.
* Backlink & Outreach Campaigns: Research, pitch, and manage backlink acquisition, guest posting, and link exchange opportunities.
* PR Support: Help execute PR campaigns, from drafting pitches to monitoring coverage and coordinating with media contacts.
* Community & Social Media: Support daily management of social media channels and user community spaces, helping engage and grow our audience.
* Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking metrics such as backlinks, blog traffic, engagement, and community growth, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in marketing, comms, or a related field (SaaS or B2B experience a plus).
* Strong communication and copywriting skills, with excellent English (written and spoken).
* Proactive, resourceful, and quick to learn new tools or processes.
* Familiarity with SEO basics, backlink strategies, and content marketing principles.
* Hands-on experience with social media platforms and community engagement.
* Comfortable working with external partners and managing deadlines.
