Job Description:
As a Learning Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. Your key focus areas will include coordinating administrative tasks, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and supporting training managers in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications related to training programs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the effective delivery of learning programs.
* Support training managers in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training activities.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities and participant progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Prior experience in administrative support or a strong interest in Learning and Development.
* Fluent in French (mandatory), English level B1 (minimum).
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
