Looking for a
Level 1 IT Support Consultant
with excellent communication skills to perform
first-line triage (Call & Dispatch)
of IT-related incidents from end users.
Responsibilities
* Receive, log, and categorize IT requests/incidents (Level 1);
* Perform basic technical triage and dispatch tickets to the appropriate support teams;
* Provide clear, friendly, and effective communication to users;
* Follow established procedures and best practices.
Work Setup
* On-site role
, with the following weekly schedule:
* 4 days per week
at
A2IT offices
(Almada);
* 1 day per week
at the client's premises (located in Portela de Carnaxide).
Initial Training
At the start of the project, the consultant will undergo a
30-day on-site training period
at the client's facilities to learn all procedures, tools, and operational details.
What We're Looking For
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A customer-oriented mindset and interest in IT support environments.
* Good organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in Service Desk / Helpdesk is a plus (not mandatory).
