A Financial Specialist role focused on delivering high-quality financial and business analysis to support executive decision-making.
Description
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data management.
Participate in audits and implement improvements based on findings.
Stay updated on financial trends and regulatory changes in the property industry.
Profile
Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or similar area.
5-7 years experience in the management control area, with special focus on M&A/ Due Diligence processes.
Strong knowledge of management control and accounting.
Great understanding of the business, supporting the decision-making process.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Good English domain.
