Agile coach role

Job Summary:


The Agile Coach role is responsible for implementing and maintaining agile methodologies within a team environment. As an experienced Scrum Master, you will provide guidance and support to stakeholders in a multicultural setting.



* Provide coaching on agile practices, facilitating continuous process improvement across teams.

* Maintain effective communication with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and priorities.


The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, fluency in French (C1 level), as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics.
