Job Description: Main responsibilities include managing the service order process, creating and supervising customer warranty claims, overseeing the Product Improvement Program, recording working hours of technical teams, calibrating and organizing crane maintenance tools. Additionally, providing support to customer service departments and offering documentation assistance to EHS.
