Management Controller
.
Main Tasks:
Integrate and control accounting data to produce French GAAP P&L (management view).
Prepare technical result projections for Update, Budget, and Medium-Term Plan.
Perform analytical reviews between reporting phases and prepare summary reports for management and the Group.
Improve and optimize financial production processes with IT teams.
Redesign and maintain the economic dashboard for Business Unit Heads, linking French GAAP and IFRS 17 views.
Main Skills & Requirements:
7+ years experience in Finance, Management Control, or Actuarial.
Master's degree (or equivalent).
Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance indicators.
Ability to analyze, simplify, and synthesize large amounts of financial data.
Knowledge of accounting standards, insurance, and financial/tax topics.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; VBA/SAS/Power BI/Python is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
