Business Development Manager - Consulting, Outsourcing & Team Augmentation
Based: Portugal
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to help take us to the next level. Until recently, growth has typically been achieved organically and through networking, but we now see an opportunity, and a need, to engage more proactively with the market. This is a new, critical role for Loop future as we seek to accelerate our growth ambitions.
Responsibilities:
Pitch our core service offerings that centre around outsourcing, managed services, and scaling technology teams, to prospective customers across several industries
Preparing product pitches, and conducting presentations to prospective clients
Attending relevant industry tradeshows and represent Loop future
Research target organisations, build target lists of target individuals by demographic, location, job title, keywords
Seeking out industry partnerships to help generate leads and grow awareness of Loop Future
Collaborate with sales enablement to design, build and execute sales & marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads
Connect, network, and build relationships with senior professionals in the industry
Contribute to our brand across social media (mainly LinkedIn) to raise awareness of Loop Future
Generate and improve content to be used during marketing campaigns, and for use in sales material/website
Requirements:
A demonstrable track record in full lifecycle B2B sales, and proven experience in successful prospecting, targeting and generation of leads
Strong experience selling solutions and services at CxO's level
Ideally 3-5 years' experience selling either IT / Professional Services, Technology Consultancy or Outsourcing / Offshoring services
Proven experience in taking leads from initial conversation all the way to closing of contracts
Experience of developing partnerships, and growing SMEs (not just corporate sales)
Extremely collaborative working style, with strong communication skills
