Culligan Iberia is seeking a
Digital Ecosystem & Content Manager
to lead the architecture, development, and optimisation of our entire digital ecosystem — including websites, eCommerce platforms, social media channels, YouTube, and other customer touchpoints.
This role combines
strategic vision with hands-on execution
, integrating digital platform management, SEO optimisation, eCommerce development, and content creation. The objective is to ensure that Culligan Iberia's digital presence drives sustainable business growth, generates high-quality leads, and delivers an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Architecture & Ecosystem
* Define and oversee the brand's digital architecture across all channels: websites, microsites, landing pages, social media, YouTube, and other digital assets.
* Coordinate the integration of platforms (CRM, marketing automation, eCommerce, analytics) to deliver a seamless and consistent experience.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and all privacy and security policies.
Website&eCommerce Management
* Build, maintain, and optimise websites, ensuring responsive design, high speed, and robust security.
* Develop high-converting landing pages to support campaigns and lead generation.
* Implement and manage B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar), including product catalogue, inventory, payment gateways, and customer experience.
* Monitor key digital performance indicators (UX, site speed, conversion rates, cart abandonment) and drive continuous improvement.
SEO & Digital Performance
* Design and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
* Conduct regular audits and optimisations based on KPIs (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush).
* Align SEO initiatives with paid campaigns to maximise results.
* Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to improve conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and overall site performance, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align testing strategies with marketing goals.
Content & CRM-driven Marketing
* Plan, create, and manage digital content aligned with SEO, CRM, and lead generation objectives.
* Maintain an integrated editorial calendar across web, social media, and email marketing channels.
* Design and measure the effectiveness of CRM workflows and email campaigns, optimising open, click-through, and conversion rates.
Collaboration&Governance
* Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams to align digital initiatives with overall business strategy.
* Manage relationships with external suppliers (development, hosting, digital tools).
* Ensure alignment with the group's global digital standards and governance.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with at least four to five years' experience managing digital ecosystems — including web, SEO, eCommerce, and content — ideally in both B2B and B2C environments.
You must have a strong command of WordPress (structure, plugins, and security) and solid knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar. Demonstrable experience in technical SEO, digital analytics (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush), and content creation or optimisation is essential.
A practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be valuable for customisation and troubleshooting. Experience integrating and managing CRM, marketing automation, and conversion tools is also highly desirable.
We are seeking a highly organised, versatile professional capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams. Fluency in English is mandatory, with a high level of Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
Location
Based in the Iberian Peninsula (preferably Lisbon, Madrid or Seville), with occasional travel within the cluster and to regional offices.
