This role offers rare exposure tobusiness-critical trading systems, combining cloud engineering, DevOps excellence, and close collaboration with front-office stakeholders.
??Your Mission
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll help design, build, and operate anew-generation electronic trading platform, ensuring high software quality, scalability, and reliability in alatency-sensitive, global environment.
You'll work closely with engineers and business sponsors to deliver a platform that directly supports trading performance and market responsiveness.
???What You'll Do
Design and operateCI/CD pipelineswith automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
Architect and optimizeAWS-based cloud infrastructures
Collaborate with development teams to improve build and release processes
ImplementInfrastructure as Codeusing Terraform (CloudFormation / Ansible a plus)
Manage and optimizeIaaS, PaaS, and SaaSservices with a strong focus on security and performance
Produce architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and operational standards
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability
Work closely with security teams to enforce compliance and best practices
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to team-wide excellence
??Who You Are
5+ years of experience inDevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise withAWS
Solid experience withDocker & Kubernetes(ECS is a plus)
Proven use ofInfrastructure as Code(Terraform preferred)
Comfortable scripting withPython and/or Bash
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Fluent inEnglish(Spanish is a plus)
Nice to have:
Development background (.NET, Python, Node.js)
Experience withRedis, OpenSearch, RabbitMQ
Exposure to agile delivery and modern software lifecycle practices
