The Role

We're looking for a Senior Closer to join ULTB. This is an execution-focused role where you'll take ownership of the entire end of our sales pipeline. You will receive a fully booked calendar with pre-qualified leads from our SDR team. Your role is to conduct discovery calls with prospects, negotiate with C-level decision-makers, manage the pipeline, and hand over signed clients to the operational team - while closely working with the founder and the BDSM team.

This role offers a great opportunity to polish your closing skills for high-ticket offers (contract values of €5,000-€30,000) and drive the company's top-line growth, with a clear path to taking responsibility for the entire sales department over time.

What You'll Do

* Own the entire closing process from discovery call to signed contract
* Manage the CRM and advance a pipeline of inbound and outbound-generated opportunities
* Run consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, founders & decision-makers
* Translate client pain points into clear solutions using our proven outbound model
* Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently
* Collaborate closely with campaign managers, data specialists, and the customer success team to ensure smooth client onboarding
* Provide feedback to refine our outreach messaging and portfolio of services
* Report directly to the founder/CEO with clear KPIs around deals closed & revenue added
* Improve own sales skills by reading industry books, participating in courses, and trainings
* Conduct sales trainings, sales call reviews, and sales workshops for existing clients

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

* Proven track record as a closer in B2B sales
* Comfortable selling €4–15k/month retainers and project structures
* Comfortable handling up to 50 Zoom calls with prospects per week (from 15 to 30 min each)
* Excellent communicator in English
* Strong discovery, negotiation and objection-handling skills
* Structured, KPI-driven, and motivated by both commission upside and client success
* Ability to handle rejection and emotional stress
* Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership mentality, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving team
* Constant desire for knowledge and improvement of one's own skills
* You are a fun person to work with and have a sense of humor :)

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience working in a similar role (ideally agency, SaaS, or lead generation)
* Familiar with lead generation through cold email outreach
* Experience in conducting cold calls, setting appointments and running outbound campaigns
* Comfortable switching between CET-friendly and EST-friendly schedules across the week
* Experience in working in close conjunction with junior Sales People / Sales Enablement
* Proven remote work experience
* You are a Star Wars fan, in which case you will be asked to pick the colour of your lightsaber

Location & Hours
