About the Role:
As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building, growing, and leading a high-performing team responsible for our server platform. You'll ensure our backend systems are scalable, stable, and secure while driving best practices in engineering and infrastructure.
You'll have the opportunity to work with bleeding-edge technologies, including confidential computing platforms, to keep us ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
* BUILD A STRONG OWNERSHIP CULTURE within your team, ensuring accountability as business complexity grows rapidly.
* HELP DIRECT REPORTS GROW AND DEVELOP AS MANAGERS, LEADERS, ENGINEERS, AND TEAMMATES.
* RECRUIT NEW SOFTWARE ENGINEERS and contribute to Dashlane's visibility in the Lisbon tech community.
* SUPPORT YOUR TEAM BY PROVIDING TOOLS FOR AUTONOMY, MINIMIZING DELIVERY FRUSTRATIONS.
* LEAD INITIATIVES TO IMPROVE SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES supporting the company's mission.
* DELIVER ENGINEERING STRATEGY GOALS and contribute to roadmap refinement sessions, ADRs, and technical documents.
* WORK CLOSELY WITH PRODUCT AND BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS to deliver on the Product Roadmap.
* DEFINING THE DIRECTION OF PRODUCT EXPERIENCE TEAMS to improve product stability, security, and quality.
* COLLABORATE WITH PASSIONATE TEAMS IN A MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT.
