As a pivotal member of our Partner Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their commercial efforts using our products and services.

Role Summary
As Partnership Operations Specialist, you will architect and launch our global Partnerships Program and then drive its day-to-day operations.
You will oversee the development and execution of our partner program to drive revenue and growth, essentially managing the relationship between our company and its channel partners.
The focus is on creating, building and optimizing the partner ecosystem, ensuring partners are successful in promoting and selling our products or services.
You'll partner with our VP of Global Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to design a best-in-class partner ecosystem and ensure smooth execution, from onboarding through joint go-to-market (GTM) execution.
What You Will Do
* Define program vision, objectives, KPIs, and tiered partner levels with clear benefits and qualification criteria
* Create governance materials: program handbook, SLAs, RACI matrices, scorecards, deal registration processes, and reporting templates
* Partner with Legal and Finance to finalize partner agreements, incentive models, and co-marketing funds
* Build onboarding and certification paths, leveraging best practices from leading ecosystems
Program Management
You will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing onboarding, enablement, and ongoing certification.
Develop and execute joint GTM campaigns with partners - driving pipeline generation, co-selling initiatives, and solution workshops.
Track partner-sourced pipeline, deal registrations, and revenue attribution within CRM; own weekly and monthly dashboards on program health.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on performance, identify growth opportunities, and surface feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success around partner priorities and integrated GTM plans.
Work closely with Product to define partner integration roadmaps and influence the product roadmap.
Collaborate with Marketing to create co-branded collateral, events, webinars, and demand-gen campaigns.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor KPIs - partner-sourced revenue, deal velocity, NPS, and program ROI - to drive iterative enhancements.
Pilot new partner competencies (e.g., AI Centers of Excellence, advanced technical accreditations).
Solicit and integrate partner feedback to evolve program features, tools, and support models.
Requirements
You have:
5+ years in partner operations, alliances, or program management within B2B SaaS/AI environments.
Proven track record launching and scaling partner programs end-to-end.
Strong project management skills: adept at handling ambiguity, prioritizing across multiple workstreams, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent communicator: experienced in crafting program materials, delivering executive presentations, and building C-level relationships.
Analytical mindset: proficiency with Hubspot (or similar CRM), BI/reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
Collaborative and customer-obsessed: you thrive in partner-facing roles and champion mutual success.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation platforms.
Familiarity with partner-relationship management (PRM) tools.
Experience in managing channel partners.
Fluent in Spanish & English.
Experience in EMEA & USA markets.
