Job Description
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX & Content Designer to design projects across websites, CRM, dashboards, and CRO initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven design, CRO principles, and responsive design.
Responsibilities:
* Landing pages, dashboards, and A/B testing variants
* High-fidelity interactive prototypes with conversion-focused UX
* Data visualizations and user flow enhancements
* Social Media and Paid Media asset creation
* Ensure design quality and consistency across all projects and platforms
* Collaborate with content managers, strategists, and developers to implement seamless user experiences
* Conduct QA reviews and uphold brand guidelines
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
* Mastery in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, or similar
* Strong understanding of data-driven design, CRO principles, and responsive design
* Experience with interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
* Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset
* Ability to translate insights into creative and functional designs
