About The Job
- Within PIMH, a Change Expert prepares and accompanies the change with the teams. He/She has expert knowledge about TRANSACT and will bring that expertise to the project functional teams and BAU teams. He/She works with the Change Program Manager, Head of PIMH, and other teams across the International Market HUB (IMH) to achieve project success.
- The Change Expert will be based in Lisbon.
Your Main Activities Are
- Participate in various projects within the scope of PIMH and IMH, involving:
- Acquiring knowledge of the implementation modality of TRANSACT in the BNPP WM ecosystem.
- Understanding, analyzing, and enriching internal organization and processes.
- Onboarding key business representative users to familiarize them with the tool.
- Conducting end-user trainings.
- Implementing a Train the Trainer model in collaboration with key business representatives/ambassadors.
- Developing end-user training documents based on standard Temenos documentation and implementation team deliverables.
- Supporting the creation of operational procedures, Standard Operating Models (SOP), and other documentation for Go Live.
- Providing after-care support to end users.
- Applying effective communication techniques.
- Communicating change stories for smooth transitions in a timely manner.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience with Transact for Securities Operations, Market & Banking Operations, and KYC activities.
- Experience in the Banking Sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills, quick learner, and adaptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with diverse groups including users, managers, and subject matter experts.

- Ability to handle challenging and stressful situations.
- Adaptability and polyvalence.
