Our mission is to help our clients remain compliant, enhance their governance, and strengthen their operational resilience.You will join a multidisciplinary team of experts advising a wide range of Luxembourg market players (Banks, Asset Manager, Investment Firms...) ensuring they meet supervisory expectations while maintaining efficient and sustainable business models.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and interpret regulatory frameworks (CRR/CRD, Basel III/IV, EBA Guidelines, CSSF Circulars, ECB expectations, AML/CTF, etc.).Support clients in the implementation of new regulatory requirements and the adaptation of their internal policies, procedures, and governance ntribute to regulatory transformation projects such as regulatory gap analysis, DORA, ESG integration, ICAAP/ILAAP reviews, or internal control enhancement.Participate in drafting regulatory documentation (risk management policies, internal governance frameworks, and process description, etc.).Conduct regulatory research, benchmarking and impact assessments on upcoming regulations developments.Assist in monitoring regulatory updates and preparing internal briefings or regulatory watch llaborate with multidisciplinary teams (risk, finance, IT, sustainability, reporting) to deliver comprehensive solutions.Prepare client deliverables, presentations, and technical summaries.Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across Pw C network.Required Skills And QualificationsA Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Law, or a related field.Maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships) within a bank, consulting firm, or regulatory body, ideally in regulatory advisory, risk management, compliance, prudential reporting, or internal audit.A good understanding of European and Luxembourg regulation (CRR/CRD, Basel, ECB and CSSF Circulars).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.The ability to manage several topics simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Full proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset.A genuine interest in regulation, supervision, and the evolving landscape of the financial industry.
