What will you do?
Translate connected services strategies intoconcrete target business and operating models, bridging strategic vision and operational execution.
Design and implementoperational and innovation frameworksthat structure project development and streamline how new ideas are brought to market.
Investigatedigital operational workflowsto identify inefficiencies and potential privacy gaps, ensuring connected services are compliant by design.
Analyse existing business processes and propose improvements usingBusiness Process Engineering methodologies.
Supportstakeholder alignment, validating insights with end-users and key stakeholders and transforming findings into services with a clear business rationale.
Developclear narratives and visualizationsto communicate project value and strategic direction to technical teams and executive leadership.
Act as atransversal point of contact across strategy, technology, and data teams, ensuring continuity across workstreams.
Cooperate with Product Owners to translate strategic objectives intostructured projects with KPIs and timelines.
Contribute tocontinuous improvementinitiatives in strategy execution and digital operations.
What are we looking for?
At least 3 years of professional experience in management consulting, digital transformation, business operations, or similar roles(preferably within theMobility or Tech sectors).
Strong experience inBusiness Process Engineering or process mapping (e.g., flowcharts, BPMN), with a keen eye for efficiency in digital workflows.
Familiarity with thelifecycle of digital products and services.
Proven ability tobuild compelling business cases, market analyses, and data-driven strategic narratives.
Experience organizing workshops and navigating complex stakeholder environments to reach alignment and consensus.
Working knowledge ofAgile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Fluency in English.
Based in Portugal.
Availability to travel within the European Union.
