Job Title:
The Support Management Controller role is a key position within the organization's Development Center, responsible for controlling expenses and ensuring their reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Buildding and setting up necessary follow-ups with Support services to propose indicators for implementation.
* Participating in the construction of budgets for Support and Project services.
* Contributing to the development of hourly rates useful for project costing.
* E nsuring economic looping of hourly rates versus actual costs.
* Drafting and updating procedures and best practices on scope and training personnel as needed.
* Broadcasting and supporting correct understanding and application of group instructions.
* Loading monthly reporting of scope (Support and Project Services).
Requirements:
* Experience in Management Controlling, preferably in the service industry.
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and basic knowledge of French.
* Dynamic personality with team spirit, autonomy, adaptability, organization, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
