Key Account Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Account Sales Representative to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with inspiring colleagues in an informal and engaging environment, where your dynamism and agility can make a difference.

You will support the Key Account Manager by maintaining up-to-date operational tools, enabling fast and data-driven decision-making.

You will also play a key role in handling day-to-day customer requests and ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders.


Your Mission:

In this role, you will develop and implement customer-specific strategic and tactical plans, including SWOT analysis and key priorities for range, pricing, promotion, and distribution.

You will own full accountability for key accounts, ensuring delivery of volume and profit targets by brand and by customer.

Manage and grow relationships with important customers through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive issue resolution.

Act as the main point of contact for internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, Field, Finance) to align and activate account strategies.

Lead budget planning and control for assigned accounts, ensuring efficiency and profitability across all activities.

Ensure best-in-class execution at point of sale through weekly store visits and performance tracking against plan.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation, including forecasts, store databases, and promotional files.

Contribute to long-term business development by supporting multiple initiatives.


Requirements

* Fluency in English is required.
* Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
* Commercial mindset with solid analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
