* Project Oversight: Managing interconnected projects to achieve collective benefits.
* Organization, Operations & Performance Management: Supervising Onboarding, Performance Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Talent Development.
* Sales, Marketing & Account Management: Conducting Sales Activities, Account Management, Contract Negotiation.
* 5+ years of experience in Delivery management; 2+ years of recent experience and knowledge of iGaming industry; Experience in managing teams of 25+ people; Experience in sales, pre-sales and RFP/RFI activities and processes; Experience working with legal documents (MSA, SOW etc) in service business models.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies; experience in design and set up of Agile and Delivery processes (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum); Experience working with end-to-end solutions for customer different levels of maturity; Experience with solution delivery of fix-price projects; Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity.
* Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients; Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary; Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented quick thinker-doer; Advanced level of writing and verbal English.
