Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSE Manager located Worldwide - Europe. The HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and conducting accident investigations. The role includes developing and implementing safety training programs, managing occupational health initiatives, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote a safe work environment.
Qualifications
* Only citizens authorized to work in Europe
* Health & Safety and Environmental (EHS) expertise - Experience in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation for at least 1 year; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field; Other relevant certifications in Health, Safety, and Environment management are a plus

* Previous work in the Wind and Solar industry will be a plus
* Proficency in English (other language skills are a plus, but English is mandatory)
* Skills in developing and conducting Training programs
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in diverse cultural and geographical environments and available to travel
* Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and clients
* Ability to perform work activities independently as a freelancer
* Must have GWO training, drivers licence, insurance, and occupational health
