Responsibilities
* Work in a project environment focusing on IT initiatives and cross-functional collaboration;
* Integrate innovative and intelligent solutions to optimize and proactively maintain complex digital systems;
* Contribute to optimizing information systems, ensuring competitiveness and reducing costs;
* Coordinate project activities with stakeholders and team members across Security Engineers, DevOps, and Software Developers;
* Balance technical knowledge with strong project coordination to deliver results.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
* 3–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in IT projects;
* Experience with tools such as Jira (or equivalent Agile project management platforms);
* Familiarity with Prisma Cloud, Snyk and Wiz;
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
* Experience with teams including Security Engineers, DevOps, or Software Developers;
* Ability to balance technical knowledge with strong project coordination;
* Advanced level of English.
