The Senior Bilingual Systems Support Professional is a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-notch support to clients and their employees/members. This position requires confident communication skills, both verbal and electronic, to ensure consistent assistance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot, configure, and manage network devices in production.
* Work collaboratively with a team environment on assigned tickets related to networking issues.
* Provide escalation support to the operations team for daily operations.
Requirements:
* A post-secondary degree or diploma is required.
* 5+ years of experience in a support services environment, working directly with technology/systems departments supporting customers.
* Proficiency in English and German (mandatory).
* Demonstrated strong working knowledge of networking technologies and business applications.
* Experience with modern firewall technologies, Barracuda Firewalls, and Barracuda Control Center.
Preferred Skills:
* Barracuda Backup & Email Security.
* Veeam Backup.
Performance Metrics:
* Ensure all assigned requests are responded to and dealt with as per standards.
* Provide high-quality support for deployed network devices.
