As a Supply Chain and Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key supply chain processes, including long-term production planning, monthly scheduling, inventory control, warehouse operations, transport logistics, and order fulfillment. You will also contribute to data reporting and analysis to support operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with GDP standards and driving timely, accurate delivery performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and oversight of forward-looking production plans that reflect projected demand and available capacity.
- Build and implement detailed monthly production schedules to support smooth manufacturing operations and resource management.
- Track stock levels proactively to meet production needs while avoiding surplus or shortages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and operational reports at the start of each month.
- Oversee warehouse processes to ensure they are safe, effective, and fully compliant with GDP and company quality standards.
- Manage transportation arrangements to ensure prompt product delivery, preparing all required shipment paperwork.
- Work closely with the global logistics function to ensure international distribution processes meet regulatory and compliance expectations.
- Ensure customer deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timelines, meeting full order requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
