The conference products can be found in many governmental institutions and are used by world leaders. We provide our customers with high quality products with rewarded industrial designs and with high durability.Job Description Your contribution to something big:Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware in C++.Collaborate closely with hardware and product teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.Define and execute test strategies for firmware and system-level validation across development stages.Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases for embedded systems (Python is a plus).Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization on embedded devices.Validate system behaviour through lab testing, including interaction with real hardware setups.Ensure traceability between requirements, implementation, and validation results.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks for embedded systems.Document firmware design, test procedures, and validation results.Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality, reliability, and testability.Work within Agile methodologies and actively contribute to team ceremonies.Qualifications What distinguishes you:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in embedded systems development.Strong experience with microcontrollers, firmware development, and hardware-software integration.Solid understanding of embedded architectures, memory management, and real-time constraints.Hands-on experience in firmware testing and system validation.Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages for test automation is a plus.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in embedded environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work cross-functionally with hardware, software, and QA teams.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Additional Information Keenfinity benefits includes:Hybrid work system (2 days at the office)Health insurance and medical office on site (nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy and general clinic)Sports and health related activities (gym)Training opportunities (i.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certificationsOpportunities for career progression and continuous professional developmentExchange with colleagues around the worldAccess to great discounts in partnerships and productsAll our positions are open to people with disabilityAt Keenfinity we don't just build innovative solutions — we shape a smarter, more connected world through technology.We value different backgrounds, ideas, and experiences and we're committed to growing, learning, and celebrating success as one team.
