We are looking for aFunctional Support Analystfor this project!
What are we looking for?
Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Ability to manage BAU (Business As Usual) support activities in an autonomous manner
Analytical skills for troubleshooting issues and improving system performance
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to train and support users
Responsibilities:
Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets independently, ensuring timely resolution
Monitor and coordinate Level 3 issues in collaboration with the BAU Lead
Perform system administration tasks such as content uploads, report creation, and user access management
Conduct non-regression testing after releases, patches, or system updates
Deliver user training sessions and propose improvements (documentation, refresher sessions) to reduce support tickets
