Results‐oriented. Good level of English and Portuguese. Responsibilities Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers. Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms. Analysis and selection of CVs. Phone surveys when necessary. Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks. Performing and conducting interviews with candidates. Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers. Additional Skills Speak other languages, like French. People person.
