Inetumis looking for aSenior Change Managerto oversee and ensure the successful execution of changes across the CAPS application landscape.
?? Your Mission:
As a Change Manager, you will:
? Lead theChange Management process, from request evaluation to final approval, in alignment with CA-GIP standards
? Assessrisks and impactsof proposed changes on production services, users, and processes
? Ensurequality and completenessof deliverables for each change
? CoordinateCAB and E-CAB meetings, acting as a mediator when needed
? Plan and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
? Monitor post-deployment success and conductPost-Implementation Reviews (PIRs)
Profile
Your Skills:
? Strong experience inChange ManagementandITIL-based processes
? Solid understanding ofIT systemsand ability to interpret technical language
? Ability to write clear and concise documentation
? Excellent communication and coordination skills withmultidisciplinary teams
? Working knowledge ofSQLand ability to read/debugJava 8+code (a plus)
? Fluent inFrench (C1+)and proficient inEnglish (B2+)
?? Working Hours:
Standard hours:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Availability during lunch hours for urgent changes (flexible lunch schedule)
