We are looking for
3D Mechanical & Eletrical Equipment Design!
Responsibilities:
3D design (CREO).
Drawing (CREO).
Dimensioning.
ISO dimensioning.
Static mechanical simulation, material resistance.
Electronic card integration.
Design rules for the industry (constant thicknesses, demoldability, sink marks, weld lines, box effects, etc.).
Plastic part dimensioning standards (NFT *****; DIN *****; ISO *****).
Management of mechanical functional tests.
Rapid prototyping (3D printing, machining, silicone molding, etc.).
Drafting of specifications.
Monitoring of injection tooling development (FOT1&2 adjustment, initial sample).
Requirements:
Skills in mechanical design of electrical equipment.
Good knowledge of plastic injection molding.
Knowledge of consumer plastic materials: PA, PA6, PA66, PA GF, PP, PC, ABS, ABS/PC, TPE/TPU.
Proficiency in industrial processes.
Proficiency in project management using PLM.
Good writing skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in the english language.
