Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing shortlists for submission to clients.
Other duties include building and maintaining pipelines of candidates, creating job advertisements, negotiating rates within project-specific budgets, providing feedback to candidates, and assisting in refining internal processes.
