Are you our next Medical Specialist (m/f/d) - Part-time?
We are seeking a Medical Specialist (m/f/d) to provide acute and chronic medical care services on a part-time basis (4 hours per week) at our Penafiel Atelier.
This role will have a significant contribution to promoting employee health and well-being, ensuring close medical support within an organizational context, in coordination with local teams and the Occupational Physician.
You will be responsible for:
* Conducting medical assistance consultations at the workplace.
* Diagnosing and treating acute health conditions, as well as monitoring chronic diseases.
* Prescribing medication and treatments, in accordance with good medical practices and current legislation.
* Referring employees to specialists or external services whenever clinically indicated.
* Ensuring rigorous, confidential, and updated clinical records, in compliance with legal and deontological standards.
* Collaborating with the Health and Safety at Work department, in coordination with the Occupational Physician, ensuring appropriate separation of scopes.
* Contributing to the promotion and prevention of employee health.
* Acting as a reference point for primary healthcare advice.
Is this position made for you?
You hold an Integrated Master's Degree in Medicine.
You have active registration with the Medical Association, with a valid professional license.
You possess relevant specialization for the role (preferably General and Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; other specialties may be considered based on context).
You have experience in primary healthcare (preferred).
You demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal relationships.
You show a high sense of responsibility, autonomy, and confidentiality.
You are available to provide services on a 4-hour per week basis.
