Your new role:
As part of our Recruitment team, you will:
o Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, understand job requirements, and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
o Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative means.
o Review applications and resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
o Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
o Actively manage the candidate pipeline, providing regular updates to hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
o Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to present to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds, we just need you to be interested in learning and have an ambition to succeed. Either way, you know you are:
o Fluent in English (native-level).
o 1-2 years of corporate experience (in any field).
o Ambition, fire in the belly, hunger to achieve.
o Proactive and target-driven mindset.
