Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented administrative professional to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support our event production team.

* The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing day-to-day company operations, including handling administrative tasks from accounting, HR, logistics, etc.
* Assist with venue communication, liaising with venues to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and coordinate event logistics.
* Collaborate with the event production team to gather venue requirements, ensuring all event needs are met and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office environment, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Handle administrative tasks from accounting, HR, logistics, etc.
2. Venue Communication: Liaise with venues to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and coordinate event logistics.
3. Event Support: Collaborate with the event production team to gather venue requirements, ensuring all event needs are met and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

* Proven Experience: Must have proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
* Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
