Responsibilities:As a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules to optimize our clients' HR processes especially in those areas.
Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions like template forms, business rules, workflows, dyamic roles and RBP.Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities and share it to our stakeholders.Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run.Global Leadership & Advisory: Serve as the global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, offering expert-level guidance
