We obsess over provenance, local ingridients and the beat of the service line.The RoleWe need a hands-on FOH leader who can:• Orchestrate a 350-cover day with flawless flow, from pre-shift brief to last taco served.• Mentor a 6-person floor team - training, coaching and instilling hospitality that feels like hanging outside your favourite taco truck.• Own guest recovery, online feedback and KPI performance (speed, NPS, covers per labour hour).• Partner with the BOH and FOH teams to keep service and vibe perfectly in sync.What's In It For You• €1 250 net / ˜€1 600 gross + monthly KPI bonus (historic avg.
