Lead Data Analyst - Remote (Europe)I am looking for a Lead Data Analyst focused on owning the end-to-end delivery of data strategy and analytics for a portfolio of key clients. The focus is on building robust data foundations, shaping client strategy, and ensuring analytics work translates directly into measurable commercial outcomes.You will act as a senior partner across both technical delivery and client engagement, bridging the gap between data engineering, analytics, and marketing performance. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic influence, owning everything from data modelling through to C-suite insight delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver end-to-end data projects, from defining client strategy through to insight generation and presentation Act as the senior data partner for key accounts, shaping roadmaps and building long-term client relationships Design and build scalable data models and transformations within modern data stacks Translate complex datasets into clear, commercially focused insights for senior stakeholders Drive best practice across data modelling, visualisation, and analytical output quality Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring prioritisation, delivery, and stakeholder alignmentWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in a data-focused role within a digital, marketing, or consulting environment Strong SQL and experience building data models (e.g. dbt or similar tooling) Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, owning relationships and strategic direction Strong understanding of digital marketing, including tracking, attribution, and performance channels Ability to translate complex technical work into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) and storytelling through data Comfortable operating across both hands-on technical delivery and high-level strategic conversations Experience mentoring or supporting more junior analystsThis role is open to anyone across Europe with a preference of Portugal or Spain.
