Job Title: Expert Renewable Energy Project Manager
Description:
A company that develops, builds, and manages renewable energy assets is seeking a skilled project manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, coordination, and execution across the entire value chain of large-scale renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor project pipelines by country, tracking new, ongoing, and discontinued projects.
2. Manage schedules, progress updates, and key milestones for projects.
3. Establish and manage business plans for each regional market, aligning with overall strategy.
4. Analyze and monitor management indicators, including sales, profit targets, and strategic objectives.
5. Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and cost control to support management goals.
6. Manage cash flow by monitoring expenditures versus forecasts.
7. Research and analyze global and domestic renewable energy trends and industry developments.
Requirements:
1. Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, business planning, or development management, preferably in renewable energy.
3. Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow, and forecasting.
4. Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
5. Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
6. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
