Position Summary As a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of new and innovative products and solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities Research, design, develop and customize mechanical systems and components that fulfill product/customer specifications and applicable standards and regulations. Identify solutions to improve and optimize products. Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes. Promote incorporation of new technological trends to enhance operations and improve customer service. Define, plan and execute test plans. Assess engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks. Estimate cost and budgets for new designs. Work closely with cross‐functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within larger projects. Promote continuous improvement processes by re‐evaluating methods. Ensure compliance with company policy for quality, environment and safety. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; master's degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D design. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials and manufacturing processes. Experience in calculation and dimensioning. Solid English skills (verbal and written).
