Job Description
We are seeking aMarketing & Partnerships Manager – Experiential Eventsto drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships for Dinner in the Sky Portugal.
This is afull-time, on-site role based in Lisbon.
The role combines marketing strategy, B2B sales, and partnership development.
The successful candidate will help position Dinner in the Sky as one of Lisbon's most distinctive hospitality and event experiences while building relationships with wineries, brands, corporate clients, tourism organizations, and event agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility, ticket sales, and brand awareness.
Identify and developstrategic partnershipswith wineries, gastronomy brands, tourism partners, luxury brands, and corporate clients.
DriveB2B salesfor private events, brand activations, and corporate bookings.
Manage outreach and relationship development with event agencies, tourism organizations, and hospitality partners.
Design and executecreative marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
Represent Dinner in the Sky Portugal at industry events, networking opportunities, and partner meetings.
Work closely with operations and guest experience teams to ensure brand standards and experience quality are consistently delivered.
Track campaign performance and sales pipelines using CRM and analytics tools, optimizing marketing and sales initiatives based on data.
Identify innovative opportunities to position Dinner in the Sky as a platform forunique wine tastings, culinary experiences, and corporate events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships, developing new ideas, and working in a dynamic environment where marketing, hospitality, and events intersect.
Qualifications
4–8+ years of experience inmarketing, partnerships, business development, or event sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, luxury experiences, or experiential marketing.
Demonstrated ability to build and managecommercial partnerships and client relationships.
Strong sales capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing B2B deals.
Experience designing and executingintegrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage partners, sponsors, and corporate clients.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, proactive approach to execution.
Comfort working in afast-paced startup-style environmentwhere initiative and ownership are valued.
Familiarity with the events, tourism, wine, or hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
Experience using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools to track campaigns and manage sales pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required;
additional languages are an advantage.
