Overview
Manager Repair Services at Vodafone — responsible for the connection between the operator and telecommunications equipment manufacturers and all entities in the operator's after-sales/repair ecosystem to ensure an excellent customer experience after purchase.

What You'll Do
- Maintain after-sales for mobile and fixed devices
- Manage relations between the operator and different device suppliers
- Implement and grow after-sales as a service (as a revenue stream)
- Optimize costs for after-sales and own the after-sales P&L
- Drive implementation and growth of after-sales as a service with Marketing and Retail teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in a relevant area
- Proven experience in after-sales or after-sales functions, preferably in telecommunications or retail
- Negotiation and partnership management skills with international manufacturers and technical centers
- Dynamic, goal-oriented, and innovative
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools, data analysis, and other after-sales tools
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
