At Wellhub, we prioritize wellbeing in every aspect of our work. As a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer on our Partners Focus Area, Salesforce team in Portugal, you will play a key role in developing scalable solutions that enhance productivity, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;
* Bring expertise in architecture and design processes to address complex technical challenges;
* Create innovative solutions to meet emerging needs as our business grows;
* Work in agile development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life;
* Engage in hands-on coding to develop solutions and solve problems;
* Maintain systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO; Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog;
* Develop solutions using declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura);
* Maintain quality across all developed features;
* Take ownership of initiatives and drive results;

About You
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
* Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript;
* Experience in Aura and Web Components;
* Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills;
* Passion for new technologies and proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems;
* Proactive and hands-on approach to fit our startup culture;
* Ability to articulate ideas clearly in English and lead initiatives from start to release;
* Previous experience with Apex is mandatory, and an advanced level of English is required.
