About this role:
* As an IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator, you'll join our team to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure.
* You'll play a key role in maintaining systems that support our global automotive operations, while driving efficiency through automation, maintenance, and compliance.
The Challenges:
* Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and applications.
* Manage virtualization environments and automate routine processes.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Perform and monitor data backups, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
* Prepare technical documentation and contribute to infrastructure planning.
* Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and system optimizations.
* Evaluate and implement 5S methodology and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
* Experience with Microsoft, Linux, and VMware environments.
* Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SIP, TLS, MFA, Active Directory, and Group Policies (GPOs).
* Understanding of network topology, redundancy, and optimization principles.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
